Fibres’ A2 cow ghee is prepared from traditional Bilona method of Indian breed
Gir A2 Desi cow’s milk. The milk is boiled, cooled at appropriate temperature,
cultured with curds and kept for conversion into whole curd. The curd is then
churned to derive the butter, which is further heated and melted traditionally. When compared to other breeds of cows, Gir Cows
produce superior quality of milk, which eventually yields to the ghee with a
lot of nutrients. It is used in weight loss diet plans and to accelerate better
digestion. These are some reasons why Gir A2 Desi Cow ghee is widely used in
Ayurveda.
