Refund Policy

In the event of an incorrect product being delivered, kindly send a picture of the parcel to us on Email with Subject - 'Wrong Product'. We will look into it and initiate your order immediately which may reach you within 5 working days subject to any uncertain Govt restrictions like lockdown etc.. If a Refund is required, it would be processed within 7 working days.

Our products are packed for you with a lot of care. In the event of a product being damaged due to any uncertainties like improper logistics handling, please take a photograph of the same and send us a mail within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with the Subject - ‘Damaged Package’. We will process the replacement parcel immediately which may reach you within 5 working days subject to any uncertain Govt restrictions like lockdown etc..If a Refund is required, it would be processed within 7 working days.

In case of the parcel being lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the side of logistics, another parcel of your order would be sent within a day from updating the Status on Return or lost from the logistics. We will process the replacement parcel immediately which may reach you within 5 working days subject to any uncertain Govt restrictions like lockdown etc..If a Refund is required, it would be processed within 7 working days.
